Meet Ruby. She is an 11 year old Female Ginger which is quite rare, a little cutie at only 3.5 kilos. She was adopted out to us after her owner became ill and could not give her the care she needed any more.

A while back Ruby became quite unwell, not eating and vomiting anything she did eat. We had already transitioned her from tin junk food (that of course cats love because it is full of tasty chemicals) to BARF – biological appropriate raw food for cats. But something was happening with her and it felt like she was about to go. I sent a message to the cat rescue lady and let her know that Ruby was about to pass.

I was sitting outside and Ruby came up to me, which was very unusual, and so I started some healing with her, and grabbed my phone to take a video while I did this. Ruby was rubbing around my legs and looking at me, which again was very unusual.

Ruby got well, she started eating and put on some much needed weight. I contacted the rescue centre again and sent photos of a healthy and happy Ruby. She still has some issues, but is definitely a happier kitty now. Here is the video of Reconnective Healing with Ruby.
