Julie Jara New Frequency Healing is an affiliate of The Reconnection LLC https://www.thereconnection.com, Wayshowers College https://www.wayshowerscollege.com and IPMI Australia https://www.ipmi.org.au

The following personal information is shared with these companies:

● if you have your PERSONAL RECONNECTION your personal details are sent to The Reconnection Office for marketing and research purposes. You will also be added to their mailing list. The Reconnection emails have an unsubscribe button and you may unsubscribe at any time. If you DO NOT wish to have your personal details shared you may advise Julie Jara New Frequency Healing at the time of service of your Personal Reconnection

● If you are a PRACTITIONER of the Personal Reconnection and have credentialing with Julie Jara New Frequency Healing, your personal details are shared with The Reconnection Office so that your Practitioner records may be updated and you will be issued your current certificate by email

● if you participate in WAYSHOWERS COLLEGE or IPMI AUSTRALIA events such as presentations, talks, lectures, workshops, groups, courses, camps, personal profiles, etc your personal details may be shared with Wayshowers College and/or IPMI AUSTRALIA. You may be added to their respective mailing lists for promotional purposes. Wayshowers College and IPMI Australia emails have an unsubscribe button and you may unsubscribe at any time. If you DO NOT wish to have your personal details shared please discuss with Julie Jara New Frequency Healing before you register

● if you participate in WAYSHOWERS COLLEGE or IPMI AUSTRALIA training course, your personal details are entered into the Wayshowers College database so that you may be issued with a certification card by email. If your personal details are not submitted you will not be issued with a certification card

Transfer of personal information overseas

Some of the third-party service providers we disclose personal information to may be based in or have servers located outside of Australia, including in USA. Where we disclose your personal information to third parties overseas, we will take reasonable steps to ensure that data security and appropriate privacy practices are maintained.

How do we protect your personal information?

Julie Jara New Frequency Healing will use all reasonable means to ensure the confidentiality of your personal information which is kept confidential and secure, including by:

● having a robust physical security of our premises and databases / records;

● taking measures to restrict access to only personnel who need that personal information to effectively provide services to you;

Payments

We accept payments through various financial institutions such as PayPal, Square, Bank Transfer. Your financial information is not saved by Julie Jara New Frequency Healing. Please contact the relevant payment processing providers for details of their privacy policy.

Retention of personal information

We retain your personal information for as long as needed to provide services to you and as otherwise necessary to comply with our legal obligations.

How to access and correct your personal information

Julie Jara New Frequency Healing will endeavour to keep your personal information accurate, complete, and up to date. If you wish to make a request to correct the personal information we hold about you, you should make a request by contacting us and we will usually respond within 2 days. We will deal with such a request by following your instructions to update your personal information.

Comments may be made on Julie Jara New Frequency Healing blog and social media sites by other people. Julie Jara New Frequency Healing is not responsible for any comments, opinions, ideas, suggestions, or other information that is made.
