Cancelation policy for appointments

Please give at least 3 business days notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment for any reason. If less than 3 business days notice is given, a cancelation fee may apply.

Refund policy for services provided

My fees are charging for my time.

I am committed to the highest level of service and value your feedback. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact me by phone, email or mail and I will work with you to answer your questions and to find a resolution as soon as possible.

Refund policy for courses

We offer a 3 day cooling off period for courses. Please contact us within 3 business days of enrolling into the course to request a refund.

Refund policy for products

We offer a 30 day replacement period for faulty products. Please contact us within 1 month of receiving the product.

This work does not involve any diagnoses, is not treating specific health challenges and is not to be substituted for regular medical care. There is no guarantee either expressed or implied of any particular outcome from this or any future session. You are solely responsible for seeing to and continuing with my own medical treatment & care.

We can’t promise if your results will come in the form you are desiring or anticipating, if they may happen immediately or later, if they may make themselves known to you physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually or otherwise, if they will make sense to you or not or if you will notice anything at all. If that’s alright with you, we welcome you to schedule your Reconnective Healing Session/s and/or The Personal Reconnection.
